Preparing a previously coated surface that has multiple coats of
deteriorated and peeling paint often requires paint stripping to insure a
good bond between the new coating and surface.
Working on some of the most prestigious, historic residences in the Bay Area, Solidarity Painting never forgets that every one of our painting and restoration projects is being done to a client's home. Painting inevitably entails paint preparation or paint stripping, operations which unavoidably produce toxic dusts, fumes and by products. We know that if we are to be invited back we must maintain fastidious control of the process, faithfully accommodate client schedules, and produce reliable, meticulously crafted work.
